Complaints
You have a 3-year right to make a complaint under Swedish consumer law for defects that were present in the product from the beginning. This right is not affected by the product being personalized.

If you still don’t love the result, you’ll receive a full refund, as long as the portrait has not been approved for printing.
Your portrait is printed on high-quality 250 gsm photo paper and framed in a sleek pinewood frame. The portrait is protected by clear acrylic glass and arrives ready to hang.

Free shipping within Sweden. Once you have approved your preview, your portrait will be sent to production. The estimated delivery time is 5-15 business days after approval.
As each portrait is personalized specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns once you have approved your portrait for printing. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will of course help make it right.
