Shipping Policy

Every portrait at Purrtraits Studio is made just for you. Once you approve your artwork preview, we begin creating your custom piece with care and attention to detail.

Production time
Production usually takes 1–3 business days after your preview is approved.

Delivery time
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier. You’ll see an estimated delivery time on the product pages and in your order confirmation email. Please note that delivery times are estimates.

Shipping costs
We currently offer free shipping on all orders. If this ever changes, you’ll always see any shipping costs clearly before checkout.

Where your order ships from
Your portrait is produced and shipped by our trusted production partners within the EU and/or internationally, depending on your location.

Delays
We always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but occasional delays may occur due to shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we cannot be held responsible for the delay.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (when available).

Customs & fees
Orders within the EU are shipped within the EU, so there are no customs fees for EU customers. If we ever ship from outside the EU for international orders, any applicable customs or import fees are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Digital products
Digital downloads are delivered electronically and don’t require shipping.
