You’ll receive your first preview within 1–3 business days. Once you approve it, we print and ship your order. Delivery usually takes 5-15 business days (depending on your location).

A clear photo of your pet taken in good lighting works best. Make sure their face is visible and not blurry. If your photo isn’t perfect, don’t worry, our artists can often work with it and will let you know if we need a different one.

Because each portrait is made just for you, we don’t accept returns after you’ve approved the final design. However, you’re fully covered before printing, we offer unlimited revisions and a full refund if you’re not satisfied with your preview.
